Fjord Skiff   Indian Falls Canoe
A Modified Scandinavian skiff design built in european marine plywood and solid larch.

Weighs just 70lbs so is easily transported on a car roof rack.

I was suprised when I saw the first one built, just what a pretty boat it was. You`ll see many more pretencious wooden boats from the boards of famous designers at twice the price which don`t look any better than this one with it`s lovely scandinavian outline and lot`s of solid timber.


It`s big enough for three adults or two sailing or fishing. The simple sprit sail rig is set up in a couple of minutes.


The price for the complete boat is 1,750GBP including the sail.


The kit of pre cut parts costs 795GBP for the "A"kit and just 6250 GB pounds for the "B" kit

 		  Again the traditional shape of a typical canadian canoe which I have adapted a little to cut out the tricky parts in the construction and keep the price down. 16ft LOA, it?s only 60lbs so easy to carry around on the car roof.

Price is 650GBP for the completed craft in Mahogany marine plywood fitted out in solid larch.

The "A" kit costs 345GBP and the "B" kit 225 GB pounds including delivery. ( + 10 pounds europe, + 20 pounds worldwide.)

A kits include all plywood panels accurately cut to shape in mahogany marine plywood, all solid timber parts, wire , glass tape and filler powder, screws and epoxy resin and full colour instructions. The price does not include delivery.

B kits are as above but instead of the plywood panels, paper templates leaving you to buy your plywood localy and cut out the panels yourself using a jig ( sabre) saw. The prices of the B kits include delivery and show a considerable saving as the plywood panels are expensive and bulky to ship.
